Condition
This saddle pad is pre-owned and in very good condition. It has seen less use than many comparable pre-owned pads and has been cleaned and is ready to use. There is a small amount of horse hair embedded in the underside from normal use.
There is one small hole and some slight staining on the top surface beneath where the saddle sits. Because of its location, it is concealed when tacked up and does not affect the performance or function of the saddle pad. Other than this minor cosmetic flaw, the pad is in excellent overall condition with no significant staining, structural damage, or excessive wear. It has plenty of miles left for its next horse and rider.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received. Because this is a pre-owned equestrian item, it must not be used, ridden in, washed, altered, or returned with additional horse hair, dirt, odors, stains, or other signs of use beyond its original condition. Items returned in a condition different from how they were shipped may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at the sole discretion of Greta's.
