Return Policy – Sheets & Blankets
Returns are accepted only on items that are unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original tags and packaging when applicable.
Please check sizing carefully before use. If you need to try a sheet or blanket on your horse to confirm fit, you must place a clean sheet or blanket underneath the item being tried on. The returned item must not come into direct contact with the horse.
Items showing any signs of use—including horse hair, dirt, dust, stains, odors, sweat, moisture, laundering, stretching, or other wear—will not be eligible for a full refund.
Please do not wash or attempt to clean an item before returning it. Washing or cleaning an item will be considered use and may make it ineligible for return.
Buyers are responsible for confirming the correct size and for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from the listing.
Items returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold as originally listed may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund reflecting the loss in value, to the extent permitted by the selling platform's policies.
